Tanya Alberts
Owner / RD(SA)
Tanya has been providing dietary guidance since 2009 as a registered dietician. Her goal is to help patients understand the connection between diet and diagnosis for improved nutritional well being. She educates patients about the potential impact poor lifestyle behaviours can have on health and nutrition over time. Tanya is a registered Discovery Wellness Network Dietician and is able to do Discovery Vitality days. Tanya is a strong believer in ‘We are what we eat' and loves to convey this to big groups of people. Tanya has a special interest in emotional eating, food allergies and DNA testing for individualised menu planning. Tanya is committed to continuing her professional development (CPD).

Joani Britz
RD(SA)
Joani completed her B.Sc Dietetic degree at the North West University. Thereafter she completed her community service year in 2014, where she worked in clinics in the East-Rand. She gained experience as a clinical dietician at Arwyp Medical Centre. Joani joined the team in August 2016, she is one of the sales representatives for Back to Basics Nutritional Supplements. She also practices at Medipark, Rooihuiskraal. Joani is a registered Discovery Wellness Network Dietician and is able to do Discovery Vitality days. She has a passion for the nutrition field and working with people, especially assisting people in making healthier choices when it comes to nutrition. Joani has a special interest in sports nutrition and lifestyle diseases like hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, insulin resistance and Diabetes.
Salomé Scholtz
RD(SA)
Salomé is a Registered Dietitian who has always shown serious interest in health and nutrition. She earned her Dietetic degree from the North West University in 2011 and works between in Roodepoort, Centurion, Midrand and Parkmore. Salomé is an enthusiastic dietician who has a passion for critical care, pediatrics, lifestyle diseases and all digestive disorders. She believes in practical dietetic advice and is of the conviction that changes should only be implemented if they are practical and realistic enough to be sustained on a permanent basis. Salomé is a member of the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), the Association of Dietetics in Southern Africa (ADSA), and the Golden key International Honour Society. She is also currently completing her Master’s degree in dietetics.
Cecile Niebuhr
RD(SA)
Cecile graduated in 2015, having completed her Dietetics degree at the University of Pretoria. She started clinical dietetics in 2016, gaining experience (and maintaining a growing interest) in the nutritional management of surgical and critically ill patients as well as the nutritional counselling of Diabetic, Cardiac, Renal and undernourished patients. She is practicing in Halfway House, Midrand and takes a special interested in paediatric and sports nutrition. She believes that sound dietetic practices is the cornerstone of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
