Disorders such as chronic fatigue immune dysfunction syndrome (CFIDS) involves sever exhaustion and weakness, sore throat, headache, tender lymph nodes, unrefreshing sleep, muscle ache, fever, inability to concentrate, and depression. Chronic fatigue is the major symptom. To assist with chronic fatigue and improve energy levels one must have a nutritionally balanced diet. Also make sure iron levels are normal,  blood sugar levels are stable and the immune system is strengthened.
