Does diet really matter when you want to lose weight? The answer is YES, and this is one of three easy steps. There are 3 easy steps to successful weight loss which will transform your life – body, mind and soul:
Step #1: Emotion. Our thoughts, beliefs and feelings motivate our efforts. To motivate our efforts to lose weight, we need to gain control of the ‘inner self’. This fundamental step will align our consciousness to our weight loss journey. To avoid giving up and losing control of your healthy eating habits, dealing with your psychology to support your weight loss goals will keep you focused on the right path.
Step #2: Diet. Have you ever thought about why you want to lose weight? Do you think that losing weight will allow you to do more and fulfil your dreams? Does your weight hold you back or make you feel sad when you look in the mirror? What does your inner voice tell you? Anyone can lose weight with a diet, but there is not one diet that fits all. Healthy habits can become a lifestyle.
Step #3: Exercise. Emotion is energy in motion. Motion is movement and is connected to ‘e’motion. Basically if you deal with your blocked emotions, you will feel happier and when you feel happier, you will move more. It’s as easy as that! Shift your emotion because emotion and motion are connected.
The most important thing that we need to realize is that our emotions affect our decisions and what we choose to eat. By identifying your eating triggers and what’s eating you, these patterns can help you become consciously aware to manage and correct emotional eating. By doing this you will be able have balanced health – body, mind and soul – and sustainable/indefinite weight loss.
